Refunds
The short version: tell us a day ahead and you get your money back.
If you cannot make it
- Email us at least 24 hours before the screening starts and we will refund your ticket in full, or move you to another showing if you would rather.
- Inside 24 hours we cannot refund. The room is small, and a seat given back that late usually stays empty. You can send a friend in your place. Email us their name so it is on the door list.
- Anything you paid above $10 a seat is refunded along with the ticket.
If we cancel or move a screening
- You get a full refund, including anything you paid above the minimum. You do not have to ask.
- If the screening moved to a new date and you want to keep your seat for it, reply to the email we send you and we will sort it out.
How refunds reach you
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.
Arriving late
We start on time. If you are running late, come in quietly and take your seat. It stays yours for the whole film.
